Don\'t forget to Like, Comment and Subscribe for instant updates Vada Pav Ingredients: Batata Vada (Serves 12 nos) 400 gms potatoes (boiled) 1 tbsp garlic green chilly crushed 1 tsp mustard seeds a pinch of asafoetida 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 10 nos curry leaves 2 tbsp coriander leaves salt as required for batter 1.5 cups gram flour ½ cup water or as required salt as required for red chutney 3 tbsp red chili powder 10-12 garlic cloves Salt as required Fritters from the remaining batter Method: First, let\'s make the Batata Vada, for that Heat the Oil in a Pan. When the oil heats up add mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves and garlic green chilly crushed. Once the garlic turns onto golden color, switch off the flame, add turmeric powder, coriander leaves, Salt and finally Chopped potatoes. Mix them well and your Bata vada mixture is done and ready. Now for the Batter, Take some gram flour add salt, water and make a thin batter. Now shape the Bata Vada mixture into lemon shape ball, then fry them with Oil on medium flame to get a crisp and golden color. After Bata Vada is done, transfer them to the plate. Now finally for the chutney, Use the remaining fritters pour them in the pan till it get crisp. Now grind the Fritters with garlic cloves, red chili powder & salt.
